Our kayak rentals offer the perfect solution for both independent adventurers and groups of experienced kayakers looking to explore the stunning waters around Bar Harbor on their own.

Here’s How It Works:

Choose Your Kayak:

  • Tandem Kayaks: Perfect for two paddlers. Grab your adventure buddy and take one of our kayaks out on Frenchman Bay! Rental price: $70 per day.
  • Single Kayaks: Ideal for solo explorers who want to take advantage of our beautiful weather. Rental price: $60 per day.

Gear Up and Go:

  • We provide all necessary gear for a safe and enjoyable kayaking experience, including PFDs, paddles, sprayskirts, drybags, bilge pumps, paddle floats, and foam blocks.
  • You have the option of straps for your car to transport the kayaks by vehicle, or a cart to roll the kayaks to the sandbar 2 blocks away. Our helpful staff will also assist in securing the kayaks to your car or truck and offer recommendations on the best paddling spots.

Explore with Ease:

  • We will provide suggested launch locations.
  • Enjoy your day on the water, whether you’re paddling solo or with a partner.
  • Sea kayak rentals are weather permitting and recommended for experienced sea paddlers.
